How do you ship & what is the price?
Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option. In general, most of our products ship FREE from the USA in 5-10 business days (Please allow 1-2 business days for processing).
For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 4-6 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.
Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
We ship orders from various warehouses in the United States some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
What countries do you ship to?
Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China. However, due to the security reasons, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases.
How do you ship?
We ship orders from one of our fulfillment warehouses right here in the USA using USPS mostly and occasionally UPS & FedEx. After your order is processed by our facility we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow along with your order

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All of our items are shipped fast & free right here in the USA. Because we fulfill most of our items from the USA you can expect to receive them on average in 5-10 business days. For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 4-6 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries. International shipping times vary by country and you should contact us at support@demfu.com for more information.
How can I track my order?
We will send you tracking information to the email you provided us at checkout. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-3 days after you receiving that email. You can often check your tracking at https://demfu.com/apps/trackorder as well.
When will my tracking information appear?
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment centre of your online shop.
Why can't I track my order on your website?
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-3 days after being updated. For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please try again later.
Why does my shipment status show unchanged?
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, backlogs etc. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.

How can I pay for my order?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.
What is the default payment currency?
Our products are listed in US Dollar. You will see the price displayed in your local currency but our system will automatically convert it to US Dollar at checkout.
Why was I charge $x.xx and $xx.xx appears in paypal or on my invoice?
This is due to the website charging in USD. PLEASE NOTE: While the prices may display in your local currency you will be charged in USD.
Can I pay COD - Cash on delivery?
No. Sorry. We can only accept payment in advance. You can use one of our secure payment methods to pay for your order.

How do I place an order?
First of all, visit our store at: https://demfu.com. Choose products that you love, then click "Add to cart" & "Check out". Finally, fill in your information and pay. That's it! Very easy.
Warranty & Return
My product has a problem what can I do?
What to do in 3 steps:
Step 1
Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the manual we provide in the package. Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory.
Step 2
If you still have difficulties with your item, especially for complicated products such as Car DVD Players, GPS or TV Boxes, we will recommend that you get the product installed or inspected by a qualified technician to confirm that it is faulty rather than incorrectly installed.
Step 3
Once you have confirmed the product is faulty after steps 1 and 2, you should contact us at support@demfu.com. Order with incorrect address information
Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check your address is right. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order!
Backorders
Sometimes an item is so popular it gets snagged up before we know it! Don't worry we promise to get it to you as soon as possible! We know the anticipation of your new items arriving is exciting and we so much appreciate your patients!
If the item is backordered longer than two weeks, a refund can be issued upon request
